π What is MBSR?
MBSR is an evidence-based, eight-week program developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in the 1970s by Professor Jon Kabat-Zinn. It combines mindfulness meditation, body awareness, yoga, and exploration of behavior, thinking, feeling, and action patterns.
