ICVR - International Center for Vasectomy Reversal We are a full time, only, specialty center. Quite simply, this is all we do. We are excited to be able to "Make Men Dads Again."

We are dedicated to state-of-the-art microsurgery in a caring, supportive environment. Our years of experience have helped us to understand that your choice to have a vasectomy reversal is a decision with emotional, financial, as well as physical implications. You will find that at ICVR, the reversal is really just the beginning of our relationship. To achieve your best opportunity for success, you will experience the latest in specialized technology along with expertise that only comes from our many years of experience performing microsurgical reversals every day. Our dedicated operating suite was designed, built and equipped for one purpose: microsurgical reversals. In order to consistently maintain the highest level of sterility and preparedness, no one else uses our facility or equipment. Everyone involved in our Reversal Center works with us because of their unique dedication to the field in which they work. All have given up jobs elsewhere to work with Doctors Marks and Burrows at the International Center for Vasectomy Reversal. We have one specialty, one purpose — successful vasectomy reversals. Dr. Marks did a spectacular job with my vasectomy reversal and made me feel completely confident in his expertise from the start. Our patient from today is an example of what we see far too often. He was from Illinois and was 26 years from vasectomy, his wife was told by her IVF doctor that IVF was the “only way they could have have a baby”, as a reversal “cannot work.” 🙄

5 failed IVF cycles (after each field cycle, the answer they were told was “let’s do one more cycle because that one will work”) and multiple s***m and egg retrievals later, they came to us for a vasectomy reversal.

And the best part? We found great fluid and s***m on both sides in the vas, so he even got vas to vas connections on both sides with a proven, published 99.5% success 💯
