Here is a post from one of my clients:
Kiki is an incredible instructor and healing practitioner. I have been working with him for a little over six months for one-on-one medical qi gong and I have noticed positive changes in my body, health and emotional state since starting my qi gong practice. Qi gong dates back thousands of years- but is not something we talk about much in our culture, so Kiki's Western Medicine background is particularly helpful to help those of us new to this sort of energy and breathwork. He is a perfect bridge between our American understanding of healing the body and traditional Chinese methods of healing.
Among things I have learned with Kiki are: how to breathe into my lower dantian, allowing me to remain in "the present" during emotionally triggering circumstances; how to use sound and breath to "purge" stuck energy from my tissues; how to harness healing energies to tonify and create balance in my energy.
Working with Kiki one-on-one has allowed me to start my own qi gong habit and get individualized feedback on my practice; however, I also have worked with Kiki in a group environment and feel he makes everyone comfortable in that setting as well. I highly recommend working with Ripple InnerQi Holistics.

I am giving a FREE workshop on how to Reduce Stress through Qigong as well as how emotions play into stress when we hold onto them.

I wish I had these tools taught to me when I started my nursing career.

I want to share the amazing tools that Qigong can afford to reduce stress, calm the CNS, and allow for grounding. It has done wonders for myself.

I will cover some of the foundations of Qigong, we will cover some Qigong breathing techniques that you can integrate into your daily lives.

What can you loose, except old habits and learn new, beneficial ones.

I am continuing to learn more and more great tools to enhance my reading and retention. I read 19 pages from my Qigong book in an hours time, and that is an achievement for me, especially the content that I covered. I am learning these tools from Genius in 21 Days USA!!
