💫Fun facts about the triceps brachii muscles: The 3 heads of the triceps make up about 2/3 of the muscle mass of the upper arm, all triceps are responsible for elbow extension, and only the long head of the triceps extends and stabilizes the shoulder.

✨Fun facts about the quadriceps! 1. The quadriceps are the largest muscle group in the body. 2. Only 1 of the 4 quadriceps muscles crosses the hip joint (the re**us femoris!) 3. Since all 4 muscles cross the knee via the patellar tendon, dysfunction of the quadriceps (too tight or loose) can cause knee-tracking issues, such as patellofemoral pain.
⭐ Our students are working on all the lower leg muscles in preparation for their student practicum. They will provide student massages (50 minutes for $39!) starting the week of November 24th at all Rubs Massage Studio locations and Spa Solai!

Valori's September students will start their clinical practicum the week of November 24th! Destress for less and schedule your student massage ahead of time at any Rubs Massage Studio location or Spa Solai! Rates start at $39 for a 50-minute massage. ✨
