Good Morning people , if you can , walk outside, right as you wake and get up out of your sleepnest, take a breath of "fresh" air. Listen to the sounds:birds trees air cars dogs cats neighbors. Then think of what makes you comfortable at that moment. If there is nothing you can think of that relaxes you and you just feel moody,, you are doing too much and not enough at the same time. If Instead of you feeling a bit refreshed, reset, you feel down or not motivated , you prioritize the wrong things in life. Go back and think of what can make it a good day ,instead of letting toxicity in your mind at the first sight of day. Do some breathing exercises, outside or even inside , but breathe ,think and inhale positivity. Exert negativity. Good day to everyone. The New Reflief
