π Jeremiah 32:17 Ah Lord God! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and by Your outstretched arm! Nothing is too difficult for You.
In chapter 32 of Jeremiah we see God do a beautiful thing. He restores a land that was full of wickedness and forgives the sins of His people. This is what happens when we turn from our iniquities. You may think that it is too late for that relationship to be restored or your body to be made whole. In verse 27, the Lord declares, "Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh; is anything too difficult for Me?" Is anything too difficult for the Lord to move in our situations? Surely not. In 2 Chronicles 7:14 the Lord promises, "If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land." We have seen time and time again the promises of restoration. It may not always be in the way we are expecting or looking for, but He never fails to deliver when we walk out of obedience and love for our Heavenly Father. He knows the intentions of our hearts. May we be a people of true repentance and humility. With God He is no respecter of persons. Meaning there is no partiality with God. (See Romans 2:11) Thank you, Jesus!
π Prayer β Thank you, Father God for your promises. Thank you that nothing is too difficult for you. In our flesh we are but dust and you remember our frailty. You ARE the God of all flesh. You heal, restore, strengthen, and love without end. There is nothing that we face that is beyond Your loving care. We love you Father. May we be graced by your presence this week and may we always remember that all things are possible to him who believes in Jesus' name, amen.
