Meet our newest addition to Aguilera, Nemo! He joined us March 19th, and is quickly settling in and loving all the plants and fresh water. He loves all the residents and staff, though he said sometimes Joey tries to steal his position of Aguilera’s favorite male staff.

We’ve been shakin’ & bakin’ at Aguilera! Kolache (a sweet, yeast-risen pastry that originated in the Czech Republic), Gluten-free Chocolate Pudding, and Clementine Tortes (made with whole oranges, eggs, sugar, and ground almonds) have been making life a bit sweeter over here.
