Today our ETS students leave for a weekend camping trip so for flashback Friday we are flashing back to a month ago when they went on a day outing to go fishing and to do some grilling to practice some of the skills that would be used and needing for this weekends camping trip. We wish our students well on their trip and happy flashback Friday.

As student Chris gets ready to graduate from the program this week we want to look back at one of his accomplishments from a few months ago as well as think about all he has achieved from then to now. So here is Chris’ triumph of completing his picture frame in home maintenance class. Great job on the frame and keep up the good work as you make it through your last days of classes.

Leprechauns are often described as Tricksters, mischievous, cunning, clever, elusive, merry, cheery, and deceptive which are also all adjectives to describe orientation and mobility specialists and cane travel instructors. So what we are saying here at saavi services for the blind is if you ever see our students out walking there may just be one of our leprechaun type employees out and about as well whether they be close by or a block or more away. Keep a look out for those tricky ones. Happy St. Patrick’s day from saavi services for the blind.

This Triumph Tuesday Sara wanted to thank all the people that helped her arrive at her achievement of cooking her meal for four. But we wanted to thank her for working hard and taking in all the information and techniques she would need to be successful. Congratulations Sara for arriving at this triumph.
