Honoring Dr. Bong Dal Kim, 1944 -2025
Dr. Bong Dal Kim, the visionary founder of Emperor’s College, passed peacefully on October 12, 2025, surrounded by family. We are grateful to Dr. Kim for his pioneering leadership as he set the foundation for Emperor’s College to become one of the leading institutions of East Asian medicine in the United States. He dedicated his life to service, caring for his students, patients, and all in need of support and direction. May we use all that we have learned from Dr. Kim at Emperor’s for the benefit of all beings everywhere, with love and compassion. Om mani padme hum.
