• Have experienced exacerbations within the last 12 months due to COPD
Those who qualify will receive study related care at no cost, in addition to all study related medication as inhalers being provided at no cost for the duration of the study. Volunteers will be compensated up to $3000 for their time, travel and participation. This compensation is paid on a per visit basis rather than at the end of the study.

To qualify for this trial, you must:

Be 18 Years or older
Have an A1c of 7.5-10.5
Using Insulin and oral medications for diabetes.

Those who qualify will receive study related care and medications at no cost for the duration of the study. Compensation is provided for your time, travel, and participation up to $3,000. Paid on a per visit basis.
