Arizona Anesthesia Solutions was formed in 2014 and now serves nearly every metro city in Arizona, including Phoenix, Tucson, Prescott, Yuma, and others, and with significant growth, we cover large tertiary care facilities, ASCs, and offices. We’re a mixed group of CRNA’s and Physicians who are experts in anesthesiology care. We had a great time hosting our Guide social event in Tucson at Roadies with the University of Arizona Class of 2027 and providers from St. Mary’s Hospital. Around 40 attendees joined us for a fun night of bowling, laughs, and great conversation. Events like this are a great reminder of how valuable it is to build community, strengthen connections, and enjoy time together outside of work. Thank you to everyone who came out. CRNA UPDATE - GAINESVILLE, FL 

Guide Anesthesia is on a mission to improve the value of anesthesia services. That’s good news for CRNAs!
We’re launching at Orthopaedic Surgery Center of Gainesville starting around March 16th. This is a center that has traditionally operated with an MD-only model. We’re transitioning it to a flexible, collaborative approach where every clinician practices at the top of their license. 

Practice details
• Orthopedics-focused: total joints, sports medicine, the full spectrum
• Outpatient only
• New contract launch, ground floor opportunity
• Collab Model with Support - MD will be in the model, and likely float, or depending on the team and clinical need may perform direct anesthesia as well. 
Compensation and structure
• $200 per hour for Primary Team (4 to 5 days per week, 32 to 40 hour guarantees)
• Part time at $185 per hour (2 to 3 days per week)
• PRN at $180 per hour (4 days per month)
• 1099
What we need
• 3 full-time CRNAs + 4 PRN, or 4 full-time CRNAs

We’re growing our CRNA team in Orlando, Florida, with coverage across multiple outpatient locations, including orthopedic, GI, and ophthalmology (sedation) cases. This role offers a strong mix of outpatient cases in a collaborative, CRNA-forward environment.
You’ll work alongside supportive surgeons and healthcare teams while maintaining autonomy and a predictable, well-supported workflow.
Compensation
$200/hr for primary team members, $185/hr for part-time, and $180/hr for PRN.
Primary team members receive a guaranteed weekly schedule and hours, with strong annual earning potential.
