The concept of de-aging is more than just what products to use (although ingredients and products matter!). De-aging is taking care of your sleep, exercise, and nutrition to support skin and lymphatic function. When people complain about undereye puffiness, that can be improved with focus on restorative sleep, lymphatic drainage, and hydrating eye products/moisturizer. Skin complaints can have many solutions to improve overall aesthetic.

This cycle has been interesting (frustrating), more hormonal breakouts than usual. I'm spot treating (Rosemary Reset Powder by Living Libations) focusing on daily lymphatic drainage, and just did gua sha. Getting my skin back on track, especially before work guiding people on what to do for their skin!
