🎄✨ Last week, our Phoenix team gathered for a wonderful Christmas celebration at the beautiful Talking Stick Resort Hotel!

The evening featured a delicious plated dinner, great conversation, and plenty of festive cheer. One of the highlights was Gift Giving, hosted once again by Joe Schifano and Tom Pepping, who brought the fun with exciting prizes including a KitchenAid mixer, Keurig, TV, gift cards, and more.

It was a night filled with laughter, connection, and appreciation for the incredible Phoenix team that makes Dependable shine all year long. ❤️ Here’s to celebrating together and ending the year on a joyful note!

🎄✨ Our Las Vegas team celebrated the season in the best way with good laughs, great company, and a little friendly fun at Topgolf!

This year’s Christmas party kept things relaxed and full of joy, featuring a lively White Elephant–style gift exchange that had everyone laughing and stealing gifts with holiday spirit.

More than anything, the night was about team bonding, sharing memorable moments, and enjoying time together outside of the workday. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to wrap up the year with this incredible group. ❤️⛳

🎄✨ What a night to remember! Last week, our Tucson and Nogales teams came together for our Christmas Party at La Paloma Country Club, and the holiday spirit was strong.

With about 150 people attending, we enjoyed a festive cocktail hour, followed by a delicious plated dinner and great time together.

Then came the giveaways! Everyone got tickets to drop their name in the bowl for the prizes they wanted most, and we had so much fun surprising winners with TVs, electronics, a Ninja blender, gift cards, a Costco membership, and more. 🎁

Big thanks to Joe Schifano and Tom Pepping for hosting the gift giving, and to Dr. Philip Maharaj-Prasad, our Medical Director, for sharing heartfelt remarks. We’re grateful for this amazing team and all you do. ❤️🎅

Thanksgiving can be beautiful—and hard.

Behind the smiles, many hearts ache for someone missing. Holidays stir up memories and remind us of what we’ve lost.

If that’s you, here are 3 ways to care for your heart:
• Give yourself permission to grieve. Missing them means they mattered.
• Speak their name. Share a memory or story. Love deserves a voice.
• Honor them. Light a candle, write a letter, or create a simple ritual.

🦃🏆 Today our Tucson office brought the Thanksgiving spirit with a little friendly competition: Guess the Weight of the Turkey. Closest guess wins the bird to take home for the holiday!
