This National Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, Dependable Health Services proudly recognizes and supports individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We are honored to accept the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), a state-run program in Arizona that provides Medicaid-funded, long-term care services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

DDD offers essential support for individuals with severe, chronic conditions such as autism, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and intellectual disabilities that impact daily functioning. Services may include 24-hour care, residential habilitation, day programs, transportation, behavioral services, and employment support, all designed to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Eligibility typically requires a qualifying developmental disability diagnosis, often manifesting before age 22, along with meeting state Medicaid and financial criteria. Individuals can apply through their state’s Department of Economic Security or Department of Health Services.
