This Moon feels more comfortable with the social sphere than the emotional one. Luna is traveling in the sky with Pallas Athena during this full moon phase. She is the goddess of wisdom and strategic warfare. She is a protector and wise, and this lunation is colored by her creative, clear intellect.
There is wisdom in being able to detach and observe from a distance to obtain clarity. At this time you may be confused by the complex and diversity of possibilities. Yet, crystal clear intellect is a gift, even if there are a lot of choices. As she is retrograde, wait to take action until the nuances begin to point the way.
Lean into Change
Water Trine - Deep Inner Landscape
Right now, we have a juicy water grand trine that informs us about our deep inner landscape. Vesta and Juno signal an intense flavor to relationships. This may show up as jealousy, trust issues, or possessiveness if not expressed in a healthy way, or it can be a deep commitment and passion. There is a need to balance the inner disequilibrium.
Venus and Jupiter cue pleasure and harmony on the home front. Relationships are our greatest mirror, and there is a fated quality to them. Tend the home fires with a compassionate heart and make time for laughter. This is a great antidote if there is a tinge of jealousy going on in your relations. The sweetness is the antidote to the sour. Maybe someone needs a big bear hug.
Air Trine / Kite
Simultaneously, we have an air trine between Pluto, Uranus and Mars. These change agents are working in tandem to bring transformation, but have arrived as social chaos. Change occurs after great strife and the release of what no longer works. This is clearly a part of our collective at the moment and we must ride this tide of energy.
This trine is part of a kite configuration with Neptune and Saturn. The dynamic tension acts like a bow, just prior to release. This is about taking action on your ideal vision. Saturn spans the spectrum between discipline and limitation. Neptune can represent the highest form of the ideal vision or it can be an illusion. There is a spiritual quality to this time that is reflected in the symbolism.
We are at a turning point and need to hold the vision of what we would like to see in the world. It feels so overwhelming at times, yet we do hold a creative vision for the future in our hands.
Full Moons are the culmination of a cycle. The completion and wrap up of the last cycle.
Two Eclipses are Coming Up!
On a soul level, so much change is occurring and this month, the energy is wild.
We have two eclipses coming up in September, that are already casting a trace of palpable energy. Uranus, Pluto and Mars are potent players to be connected! Rebellion, change, disruption-- is our new norm. These are heady times. This is the flavor of our times, but it is ever changing that is for sure. Hold the light within.
