Try this simple stretch before bed: Legs Up the Wall

This gentle position helps:
✨ Reduce leg and lower back tension
✨ Improve circulation after a long day
✨ Calm your nervous system for better sleep

How to do it:
👉 Sit sideways next to a wall
👉 Gently swing your legs up as you lie back
👉 Rest your arms by your sides
👉 Relax and breathe for 1–3 minutes
