💛 I thought I’d introduce myself for anyone new!

💛 I help people heal their disordered eating (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, chronic dieting, compulsive eating, etc.) through principles of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size.

💛 I am an anti-diet dietitian because I do not help people lose weight—I help people break free from the weight loss/regain cycle and live free from restriction, feeling more in charge of food.

💛 I am based in Tucson, AZ but offer virtual sessions for anyone in all of Arizona, California, or Texas.
