The activities and sports we participate in take a toll on the body, and failing to cross train can create imbalances. Cross training is necessary not only to find balance and prevent injuries, but it can greatly improve performance in one’s main sport.
This series is designed specifically for runners and cyclists, and focuses on enhancing strength and mobility to promote recovery, as well as support athletic performance through targeted stretches, fascia release techniques, and strength building yoga poses and isolated exercises that focus on important movements like single leg control, power to propel, pelvic and trunk stabilization, etc.
