We’re excited to invite the Tucson community to the Live, Laugh, & Learn Health Fair hosted by our friends at The Country Club of La Cholla!

It’s a day full of valuable information, health tips, and a chance to connect with local organizations, including us at Aria Hospice. 💜

🌸The Walk to End Alzheimer's 2025🌸

This year, Aria was proud to participate in Tucson's annual Walk to End Alzheimer's, and we couldn't be more inspired by the incredible turnout and support for such an important cause. 💜

Tucson raised $340,000 this year, with over 2,000 participants and 260 teams walking to raise awareness and fund critical research.

Together, we’re helping to and move closer to a world without Alzheimer's.

A big thank you to all who joined us, whether walking, donating, or supporting the cause in spirit. Every step we take together brings us closer to a brighter future. 🌟

📣 Aria Hospice Supports the Walk to End Alzheimer's! 📣
We are proud to announce that Aria Hospice is participating in this year's Walk to End Alzheimer's to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support, and research right here in our local community. 💜✨

Alzheimer’s has touched millions of lives–including many of the patients & families that we are honored to provide care for. That’s why we’ve joined the fight against the disease by participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer's.

We have a goal to raise $500 by October 24th 2025 and could use your support! Your donation enables the Alzheimer's Association to provide quality care and support through their free 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900), in-person and virtual support groups, education programs and more. It also empowers the Association to accelerate the world’s most promising research toward treatment, prevention, and, ultimately, a cure.

Hospice Myths Vs Facts:

1. Myth: “Hospice care is expensive.”
-Truth: Hospice is covered 100% by Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances—and under the hospice benefit, you will receive medications, equipment, incontinence supplies, and visits from our team to optimize your comfort.

2. Myth: “If I elect hospice, I will need to leave my home.”
-Truth: Hospice is a philosophy of care, not a ‘place’ you go. We bring care to your home, assisted living, or wherever you reside.

3. Myth: “You have to sign a DNR to be on hospice.”
-Truth: You can choose your code status. Signing a DNR is not a requirement for hospice. We will honor your wishes and help you understand your options.
