Catalina Village believes in providing for the physical and emotional needs of our residents in a safe community. Our compassionate staff serves the disabled which makes for a very diverse group of residents. Many of our residents are not yet senior citizens and about half of our population utilizes a wheelchair to mobilize. Each resident is treated as an individual with the respect and dignity they deserve. We take pride in our highly acclaimed staff of professionals who are award winners in their fields including Dining Services, Activities and Caregiving. Thank you so much to Agape Hospice for bringing not 1 but 2 big tubs of Eegee’s to our residents and staff! With the temperature rising by the day this was a much needed treat for all of us! Due to the 4th being on a Saturday this year and our office being closed on Friday we’ve decided to have our Independence Day BBQ today! It’s been a great day, although we got a little rain the event was wonderful. Everyone had a great time, enjoying the delicious food and the great music! We love coming together not only as a community but as a family as well! Happy early 4th everyone and be safe this weekend!

Today was such a beautiful day! Thank you all staff that helped put together today’s event, it turned out great! From the decorations, to the proclamation reading, to the music, to the food! AMAZING! Thank you to the ones that are no longer with us, we appreciate your bravery! Have a great weekend all!

Hey everyone!
We are looking for a part time weekend Activities Assistant / Bus Driver to join our Life Enrichment Team! This individual should be energetic and personable to work with our Residents. Were looking for someone that has the ability to motivate others to participate in our Activity programs while being sensitive to the needs of each one of our Residents. You must be able to have control and lead big group activities and be comfortable with driving our residents on any off site activities. You must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance card, have a valid drivers license, and are able to get CPR / First Aide Certified.
