Join us for a discussion about incorporating clean foods into your life in a way that feels easy and supportive of your yoga practice in the desert. We will discuss gut heath and do a yoga practice with intentional twisting and rinsing for internal cleaning.
We will create an intentional and individualized support system for your body as we discover ways to use food for better digestion, the removal of internal heat and obstructions, and optimal energy! We’ll upack topics such as food combining, juicing and eating seasonally in a way that fits your lifestyle. Workshop includes a 45 minute presentation + discussion, followed by a 45 minute gut-focused asana flow, and organic cold pressed wellness shots from Neptune Up
