As we head into the school year and fall/winter season, it's a perfect time time for some Wellness Prep!

1. WELLNESS ROLLER
You're going to use this one daily as a preventative.
Kiddos (ages 3-9)
10 ml
5 drops Purification
5 drops Thieves
3 drops Frank
3 drops Lemon
1 drop Oregano
Top off with carrier oil

(For kiddos under 3 I would halve the drops in this recipe above and eliminate Oregano)

Adult (Ages 10+)
10 ml
8 drops Purification
15 drops Thieves
8 drops Frank
5 drops Lemon
5 drops Oregano
Top off with carrier oil

Bottoms of feet 2x a day
Up to 4x a day plus spine 2x a day

Or grab yourself the powerhouse oil Immupower and dilute it 50:50. Roll it on like the above roller.

If you begin to feel the crud coming on, kick your oils into high gear.

2. DIFFUSE 4 thieves and 4 purification or diffuse 4 drops immupower oil.

3. DRINK THIEVES TEA ☕️
Tea bag
Organic raw honey
1 drop thieves 2 drops lemon
Drink every 2 hours
(For kids, pour 1/4 of tea in a cup and fill remaining with more warm water)

4. INGEST an immubomb (adult only) 2 capsules a day until symptoms are gone. Do not exceed 7-10 days.
Size 00 veggie capsule
4 drops Thieves
3 drops oregano
3 drops lemon
2 drops Frank
2 drops Copaiba
Top off with carrier oil

(or YL sells these basically pre-made. They are called Inner Defense Capsules).

5. SOAK in wellness bath salts
2 cups Epsom salt
3 drops purification
3 drops Thieves
Combine in a glass Mason jar
Add 1 cup into a bath

6. Take a probiotic (We love YL's Life 9 for adults and Mightypro for kiddos).

7. Super C Chewables 3x a day

8. Ningxia—normal dose is 2 oz a day but increase it to 2 oz 3x a day.

And stay consistent with it! Our bodies can ward off the crud so much better when our diet is healthy, have sufficient sleep, and consistent with using our oils and Ningxia before we ever get sick.

DIY Detox Bath Salts
What do you need?
1. Large glass jar(I suggest one much larger than mine so you can fit a lot of empty bottles
2. Epsom salts or pink Himalayan salts like what I’m using
3. Empty oil bottles
*I usually leave them in the salt for a few days to soak it all up.

I absolutely love taking detox baths. Collect all your empty bottles and take off the tops and put them in your glass jar so that the salts can soak up all the oily goodness. This is a great way to make sure you are utilizing every drop of oil in your little bottles. You can also recycle your bottles to make blends to use for yourself or give to people. Also great is putting on Young Living rollers tops on them. You can boil the empty bottles to get the stickers off as well. Detox baths can help with sore muscles, pain relief, relax you from a stressful day, ease tension and is a great way to show yourself some love and care. So many benefits!

I sprinkle the salt in the bathtub and fill up the tub enough to cover my body with warm water. I also add 1 cup of raw apple cider vinegar and soak for at least 20 mins and give myself a good scrub. You can also dry brush your skin before getting into the bath.
