✨ Transgender Awareness Week | November 13–19 ✨

This week, communities across the country come together to uplift trans people, share stories, and shine a light on the discrimination and violence the trans community continues to face. Transgender Awareness Week leads into Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR) on November 20, when we honor the lives lost to anti-transgender violence.

At a time when many trans people continue to face misunderstanding and barriers to safety and belonging, awareness and support are essential. Our collective well-being is deeply connected to the dignity and safety of trans people.

🕯️ On November 20, communities worldwide hold vigils to remember, reflect, and recommit to creating a safer, more just world for trans people.
