I am happy to share I have taken and completed the new required Memory Care Training!

Thank you to ARROYO GARDENS INDEPENDENT & ASSISTED LIVING and Amy Malkin for providing this class for free! It was so informative and I appreciate the time you took to teach us.

I have learned so many incredible things about memory care in the last few months. How their senses are stronger sometimes now or more so then they ever were before. I have a memory care here that uses scents to encourage their residents to get up each morning, a new scent to eat and another to help them sleep! Their memory care smells incredible all the time!

I have been like a sponge, absorbing as much information as possible to help my clients in every way I can! My clients and their families are my biggest priority!

I was out and about today visiting my rehabs, case managers and social workers! Spreading a little cheer in a thankless world! I tried to make sure I thanked every single one of them!

I attended the Spotlight Senior Services event today hosted by the Country Club Of La Cholla!
Country Club offers independent, Assisted and Memory care.

It was held in their lovely courtyard, weather couldn’t have been better, they served a cute box lunch and fruit salad.

The speakers were Krystal Wilkinson, Pima Council On Aging and Encompass Health!

Every table was pretty much full, it was a great event! Tons of door prizes given away! So nice to see everyone!

My last stop of the day, I crashed the Winter Wonderland friends and family party Assisted Living and Memory Care event!

There was dancing and door prizes! Yummy goodies and lots of happy faces!

I am so glad I was able to make it! 🎄

Stopped in for Thirsty Thursday Music Bingo The Ranch Estates of Tucson !

Karen Eagle and Edward Lopez host it! Tons of fun! Prizes and sing alongs! Check it out some time!

Today I toured Ranch Estates at Tucson!

Tammy Cornett was the so patient and informative. She showed us the entire community being sure to point all the highlights throughout! She shows her residents so much love and respect. They know they can approach her at any time and she will give them her undivided attention.

The Ranch offers Assisted living and Memory Care. They have done some really nice renovations, the whole community feels inviting and welcome! Apartments are the perfect size for singles or couples.

Thery offer tons of activities, Thirsty Thursday, Movie night, music happy hour, bingo and more! There is always exercise everyday as well!

We had lunch while there and I have to say it was quite delicious!

Today I toured Mountain View Retirement Village with my client! They offer Independent with Care plus should you need a little bit of care, Assisted Living with a lot more care and Memory Care.

Grijalva is an expert at her community, so much so we often don’t have a lot of questions, she covers it all! She listens and is sure to show you excactly what you need or what!

MVRV has many different types of apartments, each level has their own dining room. Tons of activities and exercise classes.

It is a large community but the residents say its the perfect size to make new friends and a new home.

Another great day of visiting my clients and communities!!!

It is such a wonderful feeling being able to walk into a room and completely change a person’s day!

I am all about turning that frown upside down! Whether it is a client, sales manager or my own kids!

I attended the SoAPRA - Chapter of NPRA event this evening hosted by Inspirations of River Centre ! It was a great time had by all!

April Canez did an incredible job setting up the event, all the hard work and detail put into every aspect! From the giant charcuterie tabe to the wine and hot chocolate table! It turned out wonderful!

Inspirations of River Centre offers Independent and Assisted Living! They have studio, one and two bedroom apartments!

Brittany their new activities coordinator is awesome, she has an entire calendar of events that I am sure she would love volunteers to help her out with!

Lots of new changes but I can see that all the changes are going to bring a very Happy New Year for 2026!
