Keep your kitchen clean and your food safe! 🍽️✨
Wash your hands, clean your space, and cook food all the way through.
A clean kitchen helps protect your family from germs and keeps everyone healthy.
How to make a safe kitchen sanitizer:
🧴 Mix 1 teaspoon of unscented bleach with 1 quart (4 cups) of water.
✅ Use on clean surfaces
✅ Let it sit for a minute before wiping dry
✅ Make a new batch daily for best results
Clean hands + clean space = safe meals!

⚠️ Food Safety Alert: Listeria Outbreak
Several pasta dinners sold at Trader Joe’s, Kroger, Sprouts, Walmart, and Albertsons are being recalled due to a Listeria outbreak. Sadly, there have been deaths and hospitalizations in 18 states — none in Arizona yet, but everyone should check their fridges right away.
🛑 If you have these meals, throw them away immediately.
🧽 Clean your fridge and kitchen surfaces to stop germs from spreading.
👉 Follow this easy MyPlate guide to clean safely:
Wash with warm, soapy water.
Rinse with clean water.
Sanitize with a simple mix: 1 tablespoon unscented liquid bleach + 1 gallon of water.
