Rooted Integrative Wellness Rooted Integrative Wellness is a community workspace clinic located in the Blenman-Elm neighborhood of Tucson, Arizona.

At Rooted, you'll find a diverse group of seasoned practitioners with a results oriented practice. Rooted Integrative Wellness offers a variety of therapies such as therapeutic massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, yoga therapy, Chi Nei Tsang, craniosacral therapy, Shamanic healing and more. All of our practitioners and wellness professionals own and operate their own business out of one community space, bringing together refined skills, cohesive practices, comprehensive wellness offerings and passion for what we do.

We're open for business as usual on Monday and Tuesday and have modified hours on Wednesday, but there's still plenty of time to get some last minute shopping done!

Puzzles? Yep!
Cards? Sure!
Jewelry? You know it.
Small things like, bells and chimes? Sure thing.
Tea? Mugs? Bowls? Um, of course!
Self care stuff? Who do you things we are?!
Gift certificates? ALWAYS.
All sorts of lotions, potions, oils, and salves? Duh!

If you haven't been in for a while, our gift shop has become a thing to see.

Some weeks are chock-a-block full of extra stuff and this past week was a great example:

Thursday - pick up and install a new hydraulic lift table (we now have 10 rooms with hydraulic tables!!), 28 clients treated

Friday - small business support group for Rooted practitioners, practitioner holiday gifts delivered (30 amaryllis!!), 35 clients treated

Saturday - 33 clients treated

Sunday - A little quiet, TBH, but still, 17 clients treated

Monday - 34 clients treated

Tuesday - 31 clients treated

Wednesday - 27 clients treated

Thursday - Skill share - neck work review for practitioners, 35 clients treated

Bonus: connections made, things learned, lots of laughter and more clients being cared for!

Attention all helpers! Our therapy room will be available in January for select days and shifts! Please reach out if you are interested yourself or share with those you think may be interested.

Here I am again, but this time, struggling for words to describe this practitioners work. It's truly like nothing I have ever experienced before. When I got off Nana's table, I said, "well, you managed to completely surprise me, which is something I thought would never happen again." I also had the giggles, because it was just genuinely such a surprising experience.

Please give this wonderful human a warm welcome. Nana is extremely skilled and unlike any practitioner I have ever received from. *This is not a traditional massage experience!* She uses manual therapy and energetic therapy throughout the session, and is both methodical and fluid all at the same time. I could tell that her hands were taking her exactly where they were needed, and I loved it. Nana prefers 90 minute sessions, though for the first bit of being with us, she will accommodate 60. Gosh, I just love bringing on new and interesting practitioners. The process of interviewing, receiving a massage, and then learning more about them from the bio they send our way is one of my favorite things to experience. Ariel is amazing - just fantastic at what she does. She's present, really focused on getting her client feeling better, and is so skilled. I'm really feeling lucky to have her with us at Rooted.

Ariel has traveled and lived a rich life already, and she's bringing all that she's experienced and learned to our clinic twice a week for starters. Get on her schedule to be one of the people who helps her grow her practice at Rooted!

Never in a million years did I consider the possibility that I'd one day be celebrating someone's 10 year anniversary with !! I have so much to be grateful for, and is at the top of that list. Treating her to dinner at pales in comparison to all the joy, squishy hugs, meaningful friendship, and support she's shown me this past 10 years, but it was fun and delicious!

Happy (almost) workaversary, Robin. You bring so much to my life and the lives of all of your clients and coworkers. I ♥️ you!!
