Did you know TMC Health’s Healing Arts Program (HAP) features more than 2,400 pieces of donated art across all our facilities?

Recently, docents from the Tucson Museum of Art and Historic Block gathered at Tucson Medical Center for a special guided tour of our collection, showcasing how visual art brings comfort and inspiration to patients, families, and staff.

One of the visitors shared, "All 12 of us thought [the tour] was a splendid way to spend a morning. I think very few people are aware of the vast treasure trove of art that is on display at the hospital."

As the holidays approached in 2023, Gib Murray realized he needed support to cope with his grief — so he joined a grief support group at Tucson Medical Center (TMC) Hospice.

He says it was everything he needed and more.
