Dyer Health

Dyer Health Dyer Health PLLC is a family practice that offers integrative therapies: biohormone replacement, oxygen aromatherapy and facials, and weight loss.

Located at 2001 West Orange Grove Road, Ste. 416, Tucson, AZ 85704, in the Desert Life Medical Plaza. At DYER HEALTH PLLC, we offer a comprehensive review of health history and develop a plan of care that includes the input from the patient. We consider the overall patient: their physical wellbeing as well as their psychological wellbeing. Our goal is to provide the medical care that once was a gi

ven. As a Nurse Practitioner, I spend time with each patient. This is missing in today's turnstyle medicine. Our patients feel like their provider cares about them. As a Nurse Practitioner, I have heard many times from patients complaints that the doctor only spent 5 minutes with them or didn't let them get a word in edgewise. Of course, we have competition in the area: there are approximately 10 medical offices in about a 15 mile circumference from where we are located. Kimberly Dyer has worked in this community for over 10 years as a Nurse and has furthered her career while maintaining an excellent reputation for providing patient care. We offer inhouse blood draws with a local laboratory, Monday through Thursday, to provide a safe location for our patients to have their bloodwork completed. We have a dietary management program and a consulting dietitian who will be providing education so that we can monitor and help our patients manage a healthy program for successful weight loss. We are proud to offer oxygen-based aromatherapy and oxygen facials. Feel better than you have in the past! Look younger without invasive procedures!

A couple in Tampa set up a camera after finding unfamiliar cats eating from their dog's bowl every morning. Turns out their cat, Mango, figured out how to flip the lock on the doggy door and has been letting in the same three strays every night around 2am.

Mango's owner says she's not even upset, she's just disturbed by the level of planning involved.

Awwwwww!!!!!

They say a dog is the only thing on earth that loves you more than he loves himself. But if you look at the silver hair on the man and the droopy eyes of the Bull Terrier in this viral side-by-side, you’ll see that the feeling is 100% mutual.

Sixteen years ago, it was just a simple moment—a man in his car, younger, carefree, wearing his shades. Resting beside him was his little Bull Terrier. Basset Hounds ears, gentle eyes, and that quiet, soulful presence only a young pup can have. Nothing fancy, nothing planned… just love, sitting right there in the passenger seat.

Fast forward 16 years.

The man now carries time in his gray beard and softer smile. Life has happened. Days passed, seasons changed—but one thing never moved.

Right there, in the same place… his Bull Terrier.

No longer a tiny pup, but an old soul with a graying muzzle and those same deep, loving eyes. Still leaning close. Still choosing the same human. Every single day.

Through 5,840 days of life—good days, hard days, quiet rides, and long silences—this Bull Terrier never left his side.

And if you’ve ever loved a Bull Terrier, you already know… this isn’t just loyalty.

It’s something deeper.

It’s the way they look at you like you’re their whole world.
It’s the way they stay, no matter what.
It’s the kind of love that doesn’t fade—it grows old with you.

So… do they know how much we love them?

Maybe not in words.
But in every glance, every touch, every moment like this…

They feel it.
And they give it right back—ten times stronger.

Bell is a heartworm positive mama with five puppies, just three weeks old. There are three boys and two girls. She needs a foster who can care for her not only while she raises her babies, but also through her heartworm treatment, which takes about four months. Her puppies will be ready to go into foster homes in pairs once they are old enough.

Many people ask if heartworms affect the puppies. Heartworms are spread through mosquito bites, and it is generally believed they do not pass from mother to babies. Even in rare cases, it can be managed with simple prevention.
Bell is estimated to be around two to four years old. She is very friendly and weighs about 16 pounds. She came from a breeder and is now looking for a safe, loving place to heal and raise her babies.

Fostering is completely supported. All supplies and medical care are provided. What she needs is a caring home and someone willing to give her a chance.

Bell and her puppies already have interest. They just need a soft place to stay until they are ready for their forever homes.

🚨URGENT — Pinky will be unalived for medical 4/23 without placement by 11am CST🚨

Pinky
📍Dallas Animal Services
1818 N Westmoreland Rd, Dallas, TX

‼️I AM A VOLUNTEER — NOT THE SHELTER‼️
• NODAS MED (DAS will not cover medical care once she leaves)
• Spayed Female, 8.8 lbs
• UTD on shots & F/T/HW prevention | Microchipped | Dewormed | Heartworm Negative
• Stray

Pinky is a sweet little girl who is battling severe skin disease in the shelter. She has generalized demodicosis (Demodex mite overgrowth) along with a secondary bacterial infection, leaving her skin inflamed, irritated, & painful. She also has very long nails, dental disease (tartar & a fractured L maxillary molar), & eye concerns noted on intake.

Despite all of this, Pinky is incredibly affectionate—she wags her tail, seeks attention, & will happily jump into your lap for cuddles. She is easy to handle, playful, & clearly just wants comfort.

Her condition requires continued treatment and monitoring outside of the shelter environment.

Medical Observations:
4/13: Skin scrape positive for Demodex. Generalized erythema, alopecia, lichenification, fleas present. Diagnosed with chronic demodicosis with secondary bacterial infection.

Treatment given: Cytopoint, Bravecto (fluralaner), Capstar, and first dose of clindamycin.
Bravecto will need to be continued every 4 weeks (2–3 doses total) to eliminate mites.

Demodex is NOT contagious to humans or other animals. With proper treatment, most dogs fully recover. Follow-up care with a veterinarian is recommended, including possible repeat skin scrapings if symptoms persist.

Shelter Observations:
4/13: BAR, wagging tail, walks well on leash despite severe skin issues. Very sweet, affectionate, and easy to pick up.

Missing cat:
~tabby tux (tabby and white), 9 months old, neutered male, chipped.

My husband and I moved about 2 months ago to the Butler's Mill (North Augusta, off of Walnut, 29860) neighborhood and our cats are still getting situated with the house and are getting out into the backyard.
About 3 weeks ago our cat Clark went missing.
If anyone has seen a cat that looks like this, please let us know!
He's very bonded to his sister, we love him very much, and we have tried everything.
His collar kept coming off so we doubt that he has a collar on.
He would likely be on the Greeneway, or somewhere near the Butler's Mill community. Contact Zara Rose Mack via FB
