My name is Jennica Klemann, I have 30 years of customer service experience, and over 20 years of hospitality and massage industry experience. I established Spa Daze in 2011! After graduating massage school, I started my massage practice in 1999 where I discovered my "therapeutic journey". I enjoyed assisting my clients meet and exceed their wellness goals through Massage Therapy. Many of them wanted to be able to play with their grandkids, while others wanted to sleep better and get through their days and weeks without pain. Massage Therapy was the "best kept secret" for some of my golf & tennis clients, and I enjoyed hearing about all their successess on the course and/or court. Moms who needed just an hour on the table to relax and regroup or take a nap, so they could recharge for their families also made up a portion of my practice. After 14 years of private practice, I opened Spa Daze. My goal was to provide 5 star hospitality with exceptional bodywork. Over the years I've refined my hiring process. Each Therapist must provide a 30 minute practical in order to demonstrate palpatory skill, treatment organization & flow. Can they naturally and intuitively feel where the problem area's are, how deep to work and how much to work? Can they provide an effective treatment that is still relaxing and complete? If the answer is yes after just 30 minutes of work, than they have great potential as a Spa Daze Therapist. But that's not all...they also have to be professional, ethical, and have an approachable personality. They must win the trust of their client within one session and then be able to build a lasting relationship. If ALL of these components are met, they become part of our team. I hire based on the needs of our clients, I want their time and money to be well spent. But most importantly, I want them to feel BETTER and to keep feeling better for years to come. A client can expect an engaging session both physically and emotionally with us. We listen to their individual needs, apply the best integrative work to accomplish their goals and then give a detailed evaluation of our experience with their body. We offer self care suggestions and treatment recommendations. When our clients experience is over, it is our hope that they are already looking forward to returning. After these first 8 years, I can honestly say I'm extremely proud of my team and have enjoyed seeing so many clients being guided toward happier and healthier lives.
