Grab your favorite little yogi (or sibling or friend!) and celebrate Valentine’s Day with playful partner yoga! These simple poses build teamwork, trust, and lots of giggles — no perfect balance required.
Try this mini flow:
🤝 Partner Mountain — stand back-to-back and feel each other’s support
🦋 Butterfly High-Five — sit facing each other and tap feet + hands
🌈 Double Stretch — hold hands and lean back gently
💗 Heart Breath — sit together, close eyes, and take 3 slow breaths
Partner yoga teaches kids how to communicate, cooperate, and share space — all while moving their bodies in a joyful way. Focus on laughter, kindness, and connection more than getting the pose “right.”
