At our Talent Show this past week, Pat touched every heart in the room. 💙
She bravely shared a poem she wrote, dedicated to her beloved husband, who is no longer with us. Their love story—72 beautiful years of marriage—was felt in every word she read.
Through her poetry, Pat found a powerful way to express her feelings, and her writing was nothing short of immaculate. Her strength, vulnerability, and talent reminded us all of the beauty of love that never fades.

Our CCLC Talent Show was full of incredible moments, one of them was watching one of our amazing residents share his gift on the harmonica.
His performance was nothing short of magnificent—filled with heart, skill, and a rhythm that had everyone smiling, tapping and singing along. It’s always so special to see our residents shine and express their talents in such a beautiful way.

Nothing says teamwork like giving our amazing Executive Director Amy and amazing BOM Lizette, a cool welcome in the dunk tank! Our residents shared meaningful items, special memories, and wonderful stories from their lives. Moments like these remind us how powerful it is to listen, connect, and learn from one another.
