It has been such an honor over the years to serve you and learn the foundational glimpses of humanity through you....and now as I move more into my seasoned practitioner years, I recognize the areas where my offerings shine! And this name reflects that.....

The whole point of this journey of life is to recognize the deep connection we all have to each other and to remember our collective and personal voice. In our self discovery, without shame without blame or judgement, we can more freely move into alignment and soul purpose.

Dharma Wellness will continue to offer ancient rituals and body therapies with Ayurveda and Yoga.
We will also be providing educational classes and group therapy to build and create more community together! (Very excited about this one)
We will continue to offer a sacred place where you will feel seen allowing for expansion and growth into all the ways you were meant to shine!

And lastly we will soon be offering mental health services in Psychosomatics.
Focused on trauma informed care that is centered around deconstructing colonial mindset thinking. Building and bridging new pathways towards a world we want to see.

Falling in love with Ayurveda again and again has been the beautiful healing salve of my life! Getting to share and hold space for your growth and alignment has been such an honor ... As I move into a more seasoned practitioner role I find the organic and natural expansion of space the next chapter! I can't wait to share it with all of you!

What an honor it was to be a vendor for at the show! A special thanks to .wingerath for being a support and vendor extraordinare!
There was such a beautiful collective of our community here in Tucson that drank in the music of this Goddess on Friday the 13th! What magic! ✨✨
Thank you Alexa for bringing our voices together and for creating pathways of remembering back to our hearts 💗

We offered teas, herbal mushroom coffee, chocolates and other delicious treats!
Although not the main part of my business, I get so much joy being in community and seeing everyone! 🫶🏼

Big changes are happening for Elemental Alchemy Ayurveda in the next month which I can't wait to share with you! I will be keeping you posted in these changes very soon! Promise!

Community and food are so important, but especially in these times where we all need to fill up. So blessed to have been asked to be part of Sarah's 50 for 50! What a great idea! Had a blast with these beautiful ladies! Laughter, story sharing, and food sustenance 💗
