Big news‼️ Our Teamsters-sponsored retirement bill (HB 1069) for DOC has passed the State Senate. 🥳 This allows our DOC members to negotiate supplemental retirement benefits, including medical benefits. This is a huge win for retirement security at DOC! 🙌

Huge congrats 🎉 & shout out to at Republic Services who just voted overwhelmingly to approve a new 5-year contract. The agreement secures big wage & pension increases, improved benefits, safety provisions, and no out-of-pocket increases to our members’ medical costs for the duration of the contract. What a win‼️💪🔥
