Holy heck renovating a space is a lot of work - but we cannot WAIT to show you guys all of it in January! Still on schedule for a Jan 5th go live date!
Here you’ll see the gym as a perfect storage yard for our new clinic floor acclimating before install this week, all of our new gym equipment, and gym flooring airing so we don’t overwhelm you come Jan 😂
Absolute dream watching it slowly come together 💗

Our big big news: The Floor PDX is MOVING! 🔑🎉 to Lake Oswego (5 mins from Bridgeport around the corner from Wilco)! We have signed a lease and are stepping into our own 4 clinic office with our own gym space!

We are so excited and grateful for where this journey is bringing us. Our time subleasing from has been everything it needed to be and more. We will forever love and .e.rice and their generosity for opening doors for us but we simply need more space (as do they as their gym grows!!)

Over the next month we will be renovating this baby and creating the dream that has been long held- our own independent space and gym! Coming in Lake Oswego January 2026 ✨

Next time you’re in a position that is causing symptoms (think urinary leakage or pelvic pressure) look to see where your rib cage is. If you’re arching your back while pressing weight overhead - your pelvic floor might not be able to account for that additional pressure. Try shifting and ‘closing’ your alligator mouth (rib cage to pelvis) and see if that reduces symptoms as a means to progressively train positional capacity.

🎉 Kayla received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from George Fox University and her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Olivet Nazarene University.

Her interest in pelvic health began when she realized that many symptoms women have been told are common are not necessarily normal—and that we can raise the bar to truly improve women’s quality of life.

Kayla is passionate about empowering women through all stages of life, supporting them through pelvic floor challenges related to fitness, pregnancy and postpartum, and menopause. She values building strong relationships with her patients and working alongside them to help reach their goals.

Outside the clinic, Kayla enjoys hiking, playing pickleball, traveling, and spending time with her family.
