Did you know that perimenopause/menopause affects the pelvic floor and heavily changes feelings of support we might have (or not) as well as bladder "new" presentations?
The more you know - the quicker we can assist in what might feel foreign or guide you to a support team we have built of providers who are able to assist -- the sooner you feel in control and better. Menopause doesn't have to be something that you struggle through. 🌸

Found myself in a coffee shop this morning for a brief and rare moment kid free to GSD. I don’t take enough time to reflect on how far we have come as a company. In April we hit 3 years of serving women and my soul can’t handle it. Planning so many exciting things for the future - we have a surprise new hire (2 in fact) that we can’t wait to introduce to you!

Grateful for sunshine. Grateful for my children who keep me from sleeping but give me my WHY for this company. ❤️ happy Wednesday.

Can I bring my baby to my appointment?

PLEASE do! We adore the baby snuggles and quite frankly if you can’t do your exercises with babe around - realistically the exercises won’t be done at home! So let’s find a way to make it work together for us to achieve your goals!

Also we just adore babies and can be found most often with the squishes in our arms. (Also we have a baby play pen, baby Bjorn bounces, and squishy mats to lay out for them!) ❤️

Today concludes the SECOND week in the clinic and FIRST week complete of our next Fitter Floor semi private training group. We were FULL this go round with individuals asking for another group to be created.
So grateful.
OUR PHONES 📞 also are back. Thank you for bearing with us during our growing pains! What a privilege to do this journey ❤️

Holy heck renovating a space is a lot of work - but we cannot WAIT to show you guys all of it in January! Still on schedule for a Jan 5th go live date!
Here you’ll see the gym as a perfect storage yard for our new clinic floor acclimating before install this week, all of our new gym equipment, and gym flooring airing so we don’t overwhelm you come Jan 😂
Absolute dream watching it slowly come together 💗
