At Empowered services we specialize in providing Direct Support to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to help our customers live fulfilling lives by connecting them with providers that can guide them in achieving their goals and aspirations. We understand that every individual is unique, which is why we take a very personalized approach to our services. The Empowered Services team is dedicated to matching our customers with the best possible provider to meet their specific needs and preferences. We take great pride in our ability to make and maintain meaningful connections between our customers and providers— helping them both thrive. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity and tools to promote a fulfilling life, and we are passionate about providing the support and resources necessary to make that happen. We are a team made up of caring and compassionate staff and providers that are committed to improving the lives of those we serve. Empowered Services is devoted to providing the highest quality of care. We work closely with customers, their families, providers, and other support networks to ensure our customers are receiving the best possible care. We believe in a collaborative approach, working closely with our customers and providers to develop customized plans to meet their unique needs and goals. We understand the challenge that navigating the world of I/DD can be, which is why we do our absolute best to provide guidance and support every step of the way. Meet Nick from Hammond, Oregon! At 32, he loves sports, shopping, holidays, and being a proud uncle—especially picking out Mariners, Seahawks, and Kraken gear for his nephew. With his mom as his provider, Nick is happy, healthy, and supported every day.

Some favorites? Riding in the Warrenton 4th of July Parade police car, helping with Christmas food drives, and honoring veterans at Fort Stevens. November means holiday fun, dressing up, and pumpkin pie! Thanks to Empowered Services, Nick and his mom stay stronger and happier together.

Meet Jane from Hammond, Oregon — an incredible mom to her son, Nicholas. 💙

Nick was diagnosed with Autism around age three, and Jane has always led their journey with pride, strength, and love. Two years ago, she left her longtime job to become his Direct Support Professional — a decision that’s made all the difference.

After trying another company that didn’t meet Nick’s needs, Jane found Empowered Services and the BYOC program. From the very first conversation, she felt truly supported.

Almost a year later, we’re grateful to have Jane and Nick in our Empowered family. And a special shout-out to Jessica, their “Earth Angel.” 😍
