At Empowered services we specialize in providing Direct Support to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to help our customers live fulfilling lives by connecting them with providers that can guide them in achieving their goals and aspirations. We understand that every individual is unique, which is why we take a very personalized approach to our services. The Empowered Services team is dedicated to matching our customers with the best possible provider to meet their specific needs and preferences. We take great pride in our ability to make and maintain meaningful connections between our customers and providers— helping them both thrive. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity and tools to promote a fulfilling life, and we are passionate about providing the support and resources necessary to make that happen. We are a team made up of caring and compassionate staff and providers that are committed to improving the lives of those we serve. Empowered Services is devoted to providing the highest quality of care. We work closely with customers, their families, providers, and other support networks to ensure our customers are receiving the best possible care. We believe in a collaborative approach, working closely with our customers and providers to develop customized plans to meet their unique needs and goals. We understand the challenge that navigating the world of I/DD can be, which is why we do our absolute best to provide guidance and support every step of the way. We are wholeheartedly committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for our customers and providers, helping them both prosper! 🌟 Welcome, Evelyne “Evy”! 🌟

We’re thrilled to welcome Evy as our new Marion & Polk County Coordinator! 💙

Evy’s connection to the IDD community runs deep — from growing up with family members in the community to serving as a DSP, where her compassion and heart for others truly shine. She’s excited to step into this role to support providers, guardians, and customers with care, understanding, and encouragement.

Outside of work, Evy’s adventurous spirit shines through! She’s traveled across Guatemala, Honduras, and Peru — and still loves calling the PNW home, where she enjoys backpacking, snowboarding, and exploring the outdoors with her husband.

We’re so lucky to have her join our Empowered Services family — please help us give her a warm welcome! 💫
