Our Practice Manager & Patient Care Coordinator and the heart behind the scenes at Gorin Plastic Surgery & Medspa for 17 years.

From guiding patients through their treatment plans and financing options to making sure every detail of their experience is seamless, Shelbi is there every step of the way. She’s also one of the creative minds behind our social media — helping bring our brand to life through fun, engaging posts and behind-the-scenes content you see online.

A graduate of Oregon State University, Shelbi blends organization, creativity, and genuine care into everything she does. Outside the office, she’s a proud mom who brings warmth, energy, and dedication into both her work and life.

Monica is one of our longest-standing team members at Gorin Plastic Surgery & Medspa — a Medical Assistant and Licensed Esthetician with over a decade of experience caring for our patients.

She’s known for her warm personality, her calm presence, and her ability to make every patient feel supported from start to finish. With her esthetics background, Monica performs microneedling and micropeels, and in her MA role she also offers laser hair removal, CoolSculpting, IPL, Morpheus8, and Fraxel treatments.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find her traveling and spending time with her husband and two daughters — always chasing sunshine, good food, and new memories.
