We’re so thankful that Amanda, our Vice President of Life Enrichment, took time out of her busy schedule to spend the day in Tullahoma alongside Life Enrichment Director Jennifer. On one of our busiest days, she jumped right in—offering hands-on help, encouragement, and support wherever it was needed.

Moments like this reflect leadership at its best: present, compassionate, and leading by example. Jennifer was truly appreciative of the kindness and motivation shared throughout the day, and we’re grateful to work with leaders who walk alongside their teams. ✨

This Food Service Appreciation Week, we’re celebrating the culinary teams at Morning Pointe Senior Living who do far more than serve meals. 🍽️😋 From scratch cooking and special diets to always-available options and the freedom to try something new, dining here is built around choice, care, and connection.

Our teams listen closely—learning from residents, welcoming feedback through food committees, and continually refining what they do. It’s good food shared with good friends, created by people who take pride in kitchens that feel personal, responsive, and full of heart.

Our recent Hobbies Showcase was a special day of connection as residents enjoyed seeing one another’s passions on display. From Jack’s impressive seven holes-in-one trophies, to Jean’s beautiful cross-stitch, to Loretta’s creative writing cookbook (complete with a tasty sample!), every table held something meaningful.

We’re so thankful for the residents who shared pieces of their lives with us, and for Amanda, Morning Pointe Senior Living's Vice President of Life Enrichment, who spent the day with us helping make the showcase extra special. Moments like these are a reminder of the creativity, stories, and heart that make this community feel like home. ✨

This month’s calendar includes celebrations like Food Service Appreciation, the Super Bowl, Valentine’s Day, Presidents' Day, Mardi Gras, National Caregivers Day, and Letter to an Elder Day, along with plenty of daily activities and gatherings. 🍽️ 🏈 🎭 💌

It’s Activity Professionals Week, and we’re shining a light on two leaders who make our community feel vibrant and connected every single day. Our Lantern Program Director, Stacey Nix, and our Life Enrichment Director, Jennifer Falcon, bring years of experience, creativity, and genuine care into everything they do.

With Stacey’s 13 years and Jennifer’s 9 years at Morning Pointe, their impact is felt in the meaningful activities they plan, the moments they thoughtfully orchestrate behind the scenes, and the way they truly know each resident as an individual. Their dedication helps residents feel engaged, supported, and at home.

Please join us in congratulating Jody Hankins, who has officially accepted the role of Director of Nursing. After serving as our Interim Director of Nursing over the past few months, Jody stepped into this position permanently on January 19, 2026. Her dedication, leadership, and compassion have already made a meaningful impact, and we’re grateful to have her as a permanent part of our leadership team. Jody truly shares our commitment to providing excellent care in a warm, supportive environment for our residents and families.

When our team stepped out for a quick meeting, we came back to find resident ambassador Linda holding down the desk like a pro. All business, totally confident, and clearly ready to run the place. In truth, she just needed to use the phone—but the moment was too cute not to share. It’s little laughs like these that make our days brighter at Morning Pointe Senior Living.
