We are so happy and honored to be recognized with Best Theme at South Jackson Performing Arts Center’s Trees of Christmas. 🎄✨

Creating our tree was pure joy, and knowing the event raises funds for local animal shelters made it even more meaningful. Thank you to SJPAC and our community for supporting this beautiful holiday tradition.

If you haven’t seen the trees yet, there’s still time to visit and donate in support of SJPAC and the Coffee County Humane Society.

F.I.T Beyond Therapy is the first of its kind in Tullahoma, TN. Our mission is to improve body mechanics and strength through functional training to help reduce the risk of injury or re-injury by instructing proper technique to improve overall health. We are here to keep you at your peak performance whether that be in your daily life, the gym, or in athletic competition. Focusing on the essential mobility of all muscles/joints as well as functional training & proper recovery.
