School season is winding down but that doesn’t mean it’s time for training to stop! Whether you are looking for more reps before club tryouts or looking to keep active in the off season, Volleyball FIT has you covered. Join us for engaging training sessions that will boost your skills, improve your fitness, and keep your love for the game alive. With a mix of volleyball-specific plyometrics, jump training, and strength and agility training, we won’t let your hard work fade—let’s elevate your game together!
OPEN TO ALL MIDDLE SCHOOL & HIGH SCHOOL PLAYERS (Current grade 6-12)

WHEN: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays in October 2025 starting 10/4
Saturdays: 10/18, 10/25 at 10-11 am
Tuesdays: 10/21, 10/28 at 6-7 pm
Thursdays: 10/16, 10/23, 10/30 at 6-7 pm

The Heart Behind Team P3 💛

At this year’s FIT Beyond Color Run, one of the brightest teams on the course was Team P3, a group that runs with purpose, love, and memory at the center of every step.

Team P3 honors the life of Paisley Skjegstad Lafontaine, a beautiful little girl who was just 11 months old when she passed away in 2021 after a courageous fight with ATRT, a rare form of childhood cancer. Her parents, Krystle and Justin, carry her light forward by leading this team and raising funds so that other families may be spared the heartbreak of losing a child.

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital gave Paisley’s family more precious time with her, and now Team P3 runs to give that same gift and hope for a cure to other children and parents.

This is the “why” behind the color, the laughter, and the celebration: every burst of color reminds us of Paisley’s joy, every smile on the course honors her giggles, and every dollar raised brings us closer to a world without childhood cancer.

✨ As we “Go Gold” this September for Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month, we celebrate Paisley’s fifth Heavenly Birthday and remember the light she continues to shine.

Events like this remind us why we do what we do: supporting community, business, industry, and thriving people by keeping the Tullahoma area fit, moving, and ready for all the big things ahead.

Check-in and packet pickup open at 6:00 AM, and the race begins at 7:30 AM at 461 W Lincoln St. Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, your presence makes this event special.

This is more than a race. It is a chance to move, to laugh, to get a little messy with color, and to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and have a little fitness fun with FIT Beyond Therapy and FIT Beyond Plus!
