Dr. Chantal here, and I wanted to wish my daughter Penny a happy 14th birthday!

This young lady is the reason I am here today as a chiropractor. If you come to a Perfect Storm workshop, you'll hear our story. From a rough c-section birth to a colicky baby who didn't sleep, then a tantrumy toddler and sensory issues, this girl was THE Perfect Storm. Chiropractic care fully entered our world when I went to school to become a chiropractor. Penny was 8 at the time. The difference between then and now is vast - and I am so grateful that God led us to this profession.

But I am also grateful that God took the darkness of a rough birth and beginning of life, reshaped our story to triumph. That's what He does!

So happy happy birthday, Penny. We are so grateful you are here with your light and laughter! You're going places, kid!! 🎂

Ho Ho Ho and Merry Christmas! The holiday season is officially underway at StartWell! And The Christmas season isn't official until we get to see all our favorites in their Christmas jammies!! 🎄

“I struggled with trying to sleep all night. I felt tense ALL THE TIME!”

Lisa was not experiencing life at its fullest. A mom of two growing girls, she felt tense all the time, like she could not regulate her nervous system or relax, ever. She was not sleeping due to this lack of regulation and from her hands tingling often. 😳 That's not a way to live!

Lisa found her way to StartWell in search of nervous system regulation.

When she saw her neurological scans, she was “floored by my scans! I remember asking myself, how are you even functioning?” For the first time, she finally had answers… and hope. 🙌🏻

Then the changes came quickly. Within two weeks, Lisa's hands weren't tingling anymore, she was achieving deep sleep and was feeling less tense.

Now, she’s thriving. And Lisa didn't stop there - she got her two busy girls in for neurologically-focused chiropractic care as well!
