🧘 Take a break from the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in calm at a free Sound Bath meditation on Saturday, October 18 at 10 a.m. inside Fly Loft, sponsored by AARP Oklahoma.

Led by Sana Meditation, this one-hour session surrounds you with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gong, guiding you toward deep relaxation and peace.
