May is Mental Health Awareness Month! Our goal is to raise awareness! If we can increase awareness of just one person then we have done our job!
🤎Common signs of mental health include: Extreme mood swings, changes in eating habits, changes in quality of sleep, excessive worrying or fear, problems concentrating, and avoiding friends or other social activities.
🤎It's so important to check in on those around us! Sometimes our loved ones show no signs of struggling and other times the signs are there.
🤎Be the person someone may need in their time of crisis and just check in, even if it's a text or a quick call!
