If you’re a school nurse, NP, PA, physician, dietitian or care-manager working in Oklahoma and want to enhance your diabetes-care toolkit, join us. Let’s make a difference together.

In Oklahoma, roughly 1 in 8 adults are living with diagnosed diabetes. And every year thousands more are newly diagnosed.

At OSU-CHS Project ECHO, we’re proud to support two targeted ECHO lines, funded by the TSET grant, that address this critical need:

School Nurses & Diabetes Care ECHO - 2nd & 4th Wednesdays from 9 - 10 AM - for health professionals managing diabetes in the youth and school-setting context.

Diabetes Management in Primary Care ECHO - 2nd & 4th Wednesdays from 12 - 1 PM - for clinicians who want to deepen their skills in evidence-based diabetes care.
