October was frightfully full at Project ECHO!

Our team kept busy brewing up impact all month long:
- Our assistant director, Jade Goodson, exhibited and presented at OAHPERD
- We conjured up creativity and took home Campus Life’s Boo-tiful Imagination Award in the annual door decorating contest
- We celebrated Janet and Ava’s birthdays (no tricks, just treats!)

And in true ECHO spirit, we hosted 44 sessions with 1,124 total participants. Our most attended session was “Cannabis Use & Adolescent Mental Health” with 56 participants!

It’s safe to say October was a spook-tacular success 👻💀🎉

Last Friday, our team spent the day giving back with the OSU-CHS Staff Advisory Council! Most of our crew rolled up their sleeves at Tulsa Garden Center at Woodward Park, helping keep one of Tulsa’s gems beautiful, while our assistant director volunteered with Joy In The Cause, spreading comfort and joy to families in need.

We’re proud to be part of a community that serves together!

World Mental Health Day serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of mental well-being for individuals, families, and the professionals who care for them.

At OSU-CHS Project ECHO, we are committed to expanding access to high quality mental health support across Oklahoma. Through our network of ECHO programs, we connect providers with expert teams and a community of peers to strengthen care delivery statewide.

Our mental health focused lines include:
Infant Mental Health
Veteran Care
Help for the Healer
Pediatric Behavioral & Emotional Health
Psychiatry
Addiction Medicine

Each program is designed to equip providers with the tools, knowledge, and collaboration needed to strengthen mental health care in their communities.
