The vaccine saves your body from the risk of fighting Covid unprepared by giving your immune system instructions to recognize the virus and kill it if you're exposed.

Dude

When I am on my A game- my telemedicine skills are second to none 😂

My infatuation with cold brew may border on the extreme but just like that in order to enjoy the full flavor of a 24 hour brewing process -must wait until completely finished

Each drip drip drip is important

Same as we continue to fight the Covid

Every person is important.

Every interaction is important.

We are soon beginning the battle with a vaccine but next 4-5 months are going to be brutal

Battle fatigue is real

Do your best to not to give in

"New research indicates that women may be more susceptible to alcohol’s anxiety-provoking effects than men, says George Koob, PhD, director of the NIAAA. “[The feeling you get from alcohol] is artificial; it’s chemical, so what’s not happening is authentic conversation, real connection,” McKowen says. True connection, she adds, is being seen, known, and accepted for who we truly are, without a crutch.
As a society, we’re fast to reach for quick fixes, and often unwilling to do the hard work of meeting life—and its discomforts—head on. But it’s time we faced the truth: “Mommy wine culture is a lie and it’s killing us and making us more miserable. More anxious. More depressed. More isolated,” McKowen wrote in a September Instagram post. “You don’t need the wine, mama. You need connection. Support. Tools. Laughter. Love.”

One evening in late August, I was discussing pandemic parenting and school opening plans with another mom from a safe distance at a pool in Denver. As we chatted, I thought to myself that she seemed like the kind of mother who had it all together—cheery, beautiful, chic in her Tory Burch one-piece...

Perusing this page because may be looking for a Pediatrican ?

Well - not only will I take great care of your children (and some young adults - I will let you define young 😂) - you can also message me to discuss- music

"I listened to soccer Mommy - I'm digging the sound, but I wish she would rock a little harder. Beabadoobee has a new studio set on YouTube of her new album "fake flowers forward"– it is so sweet. She says that mazzy Star is a big influence for her – and you can really hear it in her songwriting."

Me: Yes.
I have been listening to some shoe gazing bands lately.

Ride, My bloody valentine , etc

"Mmm...I will check them out. Been listening to pop punk hits from the oughts lately: sum 41, blink, tonight alive, new found glory...etc. love that sound."

Me:I have been listening to a ton of Blink

I wish I was younger when they first came out -meaning I am sure to be a teenage boy and hearing blink for first time was glorious 😂

Truly no one has done that genre as well.

"Yeah, they were the band that blew pop punk into the mainstream. I remember I was living in Los Angeles at the time, and everyone had E***a of the state - I mean EVERYONE. It was sort of like Nevermind in that it defined not only a musical movement but the entire youth culture of that moment in time.

"...... Lunch looks to be a problem. The school is having 300 students eat in the same hall. They eat in bubble shifts, but a virus that can remain in the air for 16 hours doesn't care about such things...".

You say that your 6 month old does not like avocado and I reply " wait until she mixes it with corn chips, salsa and tequila."

And you laugh 😂

Oh - I and do think I know a thing or two about Covid and your children
