From barely moving… to back on his feet. 💪
Hunter broke his ankle, tore multiple tendons, and spent months out of work after surgery.
At first, even the smallest movements were tough. But with the right support and consistency, progress started to show — more mobility, more strength, more confidence.

Now he’s walking, lunging, and getting back to the things that matter most.
Recovery doesn’t happen overnight… but it does happen!

Planning to spend a lot of time on the couch this March? Let’s rethink that. 🏀
PT, Matt DaCosta, put together a few quick moves you can do between games to keep your body moving this month!
All you need is a little space and something heavy you can lift, in this case...his dog Chevy worked out nicely 🤣
Want the full breakdown and tips from Matt?

Don’t let an injury be your March upset. 🏀
Basketball demands quick cuts, explosive jumps, and constant contact — which means ankles, knees, and backs take a hit.
Before soreness turns into something that sidelines you, take a proactive approach:
✔️ Warm up with intention
✔️ Strengthen the right muscle groups
✔️ Address small issues early
Prevention is the best defense. If something doesn’t feel right, let a PT take a look before it becomes a bigger problem.

Did you know pelvic floor therapy can help kids too?

With the right support, kids can build comfort, confidence, and healthy habits. 💙

At Redbud Physical Therapy, we offer pediatric pelvic floor therapy. This type of physical therapy helps children learn how to properly control the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, which supports pelvic organs and helps manage bowel and bladder function.

What if addressing pain early meant fewer doctor visits?
Research shows people who start with physical therapy have significantly fewer follow-up medical visits — and often avoid more invasive treatments altogether.
Dr. Devin Trachman, PT, DPT, MTC, OCS explains why early intervention matters and how PT focuses on the root cause — not just the symptoms.
If you’re dealing with pain, don’t wait for it to snowball. Get it checked out.

Our Story

Redbud Physical Therapy is a physical therapist owned and operated provider of rehabilitation services that puts evidence-based clinical excellence and exceptional patient care at the forefront of everything we do. Redbud Physical Therapy is committed to helping patients reduce pain, restore strength, and regain function and range of motion. Our friendly, caring therapists take their patients’ care personally and are always available to offer support.

Redbud Physical Therapy’s clinicians have a wide range of clinical expertise in manual physical therapy, spine care and rehabilitation, general orthopaedic conditions, pediatric orthopaedics, workplace injuries and much more. Our therapists take pride in being experts in our field and complete nearly 120 continuing education hours (almost 3 times the required 40 hours!) every two years, allowing them to provide the highest standard of care to our patients.

In Oklahoma, there is no law requiring a referral from a physician to attend physical therapy. When a physician does recommend physical therapy, we know you have a choice of which clinician you see and we are grateful for the opportunity to help you and your loved ones achieve successful outcomes. The Redbud Physical Therapy team works hard to forge strong relationships with our referring physicians, health insurance companies and, most importantly, our patients. Over the last 20 years, we have made it a priority to earn the trust of many local physicians, becoming their top choice to meet their patients’ and families’ physical therapy needs.
