A "Hoot" of a Start to the New Year! 🦉❄️

We kicked off our first painting class of the year, and the results were absolutely stunning! Our talented residents took to the canvas to capture the quiet beauty of Snowy Owls.

It was wonderful to see everyone gathering and letting their creativity shine. From wispy feathers to those iconic bright yellow eyes, every owl had its own unique personality—just like our residents!

There is something truly magical about this time of year, but the best part isn’t the decorations or the music—it’s the people who make our community feel like home.

We asked our residents to share what makes Christmas special to them. Their stories remind us of what truly matters during this season.

✨ Many residents shared that the birth of Jesus is at the heart of their joy—a sacred time to celebrate hope and the true "Reason for the Season."

For many, Christmas is all about spending time with family. Whether it's kids coming home or long-distance calls with grandkids, being together is the greatest gift of all.

A Symphony of Joy at The Parke! 🎶✨

Our hearts are still full after a truly amazing performance by the Broken Arrow Senior Choir! Their voices filled our halls with so much beauty, and it was wonderful to see the smiles on everyone’s faces.

Both our residents and staff were blown away by their talent and spirit. Thank you to the choir for sharing your time and your beautiful music with us—you truly made our day special!

Headline: Spotted: A Very Special Frequent Flyer! 🎅✨

It’s official—The Parke is officially Santa’s favorite place to visit! Believe it or not, the Big Guy has already stopped by four times this season.

While he’s busy getting ready for the big night, he just can’t seem to stay away from our wonderful community. Our residents have had the best time catching up with him, sharing laughs, and feeling the holiday magic.

We love having you, Santa! See you again soon? 🎄🎁

We are still in awe of the Jenks Middle School Choir! Not only are these students incredibly talented, but the beautiful music they shared brought so much joy to our residents today.

What impressed us most was their grace—both on stage and off. After a stunning performance, the students stayed to visit with our residents, proving that they are as kind-hearted as they are gifted. Thank you for a truly memorable afternoon!"

🎤 Afternoon Magic at The Parke! 🎄
We had a star-studded stage this afternoon! Kenny Klaus and Steve Kringle delivered a fantastic musical set that had everyone in the holiday spirit. 🎶

The highlight of the day was definitely when Santa himself made a guest appearance—and he didn't just pose for photos! He grabbed the microphone and sang along with the band, proving he’s got some serious musical talent. 🎅🎙️

Thank you to our performers and everyone at The Parke who came out to witness the magic. It was the perfect way to spend a festive afternoon together!

Crafting Cheer! ✂️
We're soaking up all the holiday spirit! Our residents had a fantastic time this week, getting creative and making some gorgeous Christmas decorations and gifts.

The crafting table was full of glitter, glue, and lots of laughs! It's so much fun to see the unique masterpieces everyone creates.

Wow! What a phenomenal way to celebrate the holiday season! Our annual Christmas Party today at The Parke was truly a wonderful time, and we’re still riding the wave of festive cheer and laughter!

From the moment the doors opened, the atmosphere was buzzing. We hope you enjoyed the food, the music, and the chance to connect with everyone outside of our usual schedule.

The highlight of the afternoon, as always, was the competition! A massive, well-deserved congratulations to our Ugly Sweater Contest winners! Seriously, the level of creativity and dedication to holiday kitsch this year was unreal. You set a new standard for 'ugly'—and we loved every stitch of it! 🏆

Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, to everyone who came and brought their enthusiasm and festive spirit. You are what makes this tradition so special, and we couldn't ask for a better group of family and friends to celebrate with.

We are already looking forward to next year, but until then, we wish you all a very safe, restful, and Happy Holiday season!
