Hello Friends and Family,

This is Jason, Linda and Jacks son and I'm writing to let you know that Dr. Wise passed away from complications of a stroke on 3-13-14.

Services will be held at Southern Hills Baptist Church on 58th & Lewis in Tulsa, OK on Saturday, March 29th 2014 at 11:00 a.m.

His wife Linda suffered a heart attack and underwent a quadruple bypass just days before his death. She is home and recuperating from her surgery and we'd love to tell each and every one who has called, sent cards, flowers and more "Thank You!" from the bottom of our hearts.

We'll gather on Saturday to remember a good man who loved his family and helped countless people. If we could hear him now...he'd tell you all that he loves you and to not neglect your health even for a moment. He will undoubtedly be sorely missed.

Herbs & More of Tulsa will continue his legacy of bringing you all to good health...Naturally!!
