🌦️ Ever notice your joints feel a little stiffer or achier when the weather changes? You're not imagining it!

Shifts in barometric pressure (the weight of the air around us) can cause tissues to expand or contract slightly, which may increase pressure in joints—especially if you have arthritis or past injuries. Cooler temperatures can also make muscles tighten, reducing flexibility and making movement feel less comfortable.
