🌿 Chiropractic Assistant – Graddy Chiropractic, Tulsa, OK
Are you a people-oriented multitasker who thrives in a positive, fast-paced environment? Graddy Chiropractic is looking for a Chiropractic Assistant to join our team! We’re passionate about helping families live healthier, more balanced lives—and we’re seeking someone who shares that same enthusiasm for wellness and outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a friendly and comfortable environment.
Assist the doctor with patient flow, therapies, and daily clinical tasks.
Schedule appointments, manage patient files, and handle phone calls efficiently.
Educate patients on office procedures, exercises, and wellness recommendations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and positive atmosphere throughout the office.
Support marketing and community outreach activities as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
People-oriented with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Self-driven, reliable, and takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Able to multitask gracefully and stay organized under pressure.
Professional, upbeat, and enjoys being part of a team that changes lives.
Prior experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting is a plus, but not required—training provided for the right fit!
Schedule:
Full-time 35-40 hrs per week
Compensation:
