If I could go back and talk to my 25-year-old self…there are a few things I would do very differently. Not because I regret my life, but because experience teaches you what actually matters.

No.01 - Protect your health.
No.02 - Protect your energy.
No.03 - Protect your heart.

Most of the things we stress about in our 20s won’t matter later. But the habits we build during that decade absolutely do.

If you’re in your 20s, save this.

If you’re in your 30s, 40s, 50’s+++, the good news is it’s never too late to start making better choices.

Your skin isn’t built with serums. It’s built with protein.

Collagen is the protein that gives skin its firmness, structure, and elasticity. It’s made from amino acids and those amino acids come from the food you eat.

The problem is most women are drastically under-eating protein. We’re told to focus on skincare products, but the truth is your skin is constantly rebuilding itself from the nutrients available in your body.

If you’re not eating enough high-quality protein, minerals, and healthy fats, your skin doesn’t have the raw materials it needs to maintain strong collagen and a healthy structure as we age. Your skin will always reflect what you’re feeding it.

These are some of the foods I’m making lately to support my skin from the inside out:
+ Eggs + bone broth
+ Grass-fed burger patties
+ Chicken salad (heavy on the protein, light on the lettuce)
+ Chicken thigh soup
+ Oysters
+ Grass-fed steak
+ Japanese sweet potatoes
+ Grass-fed butter

People think to have a “healthy home” means throwing everything away and starting over. That’s not what we did. We didn’t change everything overnight,
we just started making better swaps one at a time.

Here’s what how we prioritized:

No. 1 - Filtered water.
No. 2 - Cleaner air.
No. 3 - Low-tox laundry and cleaning products.
No. 4 - Better cookware.
No. 5 - Fewer synthetic fragrances.
No. 6 - Tools that support sleep and recovery.
No. 7 - Organic bedding.

Here’s what a lot of people don’t realize:
Your home is your biggest daily exposure.
The air you breathe.
The water you shower in.
What sits on your skin all day.
What you cook your food in.
What you sleep on for 8 hours a night.

It’s about lowering the total toxic load.

We focus on:

The routine after the routine.

After skincare, I focus on two important anti-aging habits:

• supporting facial structure
• stimulating scalp circulation

Wellness guilt is real.
And if you’ve ever sat at dinner stressing about ingredients instead of enjoying the moment… you know exactly what I’m talking about.

There were years where my health had to be black and white. I didn’t have balance because my body couldn’t handle balance yet.

Now that I’ve healed, I’m not wasting that freedom feeling guilty.

Does that mean I suddenly think inflammatory foods are healthy? No.

It means I stopped letting fear and obsession control my life.

Because honestly?
The stress of obsessing over every bite can be worse for your body than the food itself.

If you’re in a strict healing process, stay disciplined.

If you’ve healed, allow yourself balance.
Both things can be true.

I’m 43 and don’t do any med spa treatments. You don’t need to spend thousands at med spas on micro needling & laser packages. Your DAILY routine will give you better, longer results if you stick to it and stop looking for the quick fixes. It’s about consistent practices and investing in the right products/tools for your skin. You also don’t need to be a skin expert or constantly cause trauma to your skin to see results like the med spas claim. (Ps, I worked in LA medspas for years and know the behind the scenes bs they try to sell you)

What you don’t need:
