Hair growth doesn’t start with products… it starts with the scalp.

Your hair follicles rely on proper blood flow, oxygen, and nutrient delivery to function well.
When circulation to the scalp is compromised, hair growth can slow, weaken, or become more fragile over time.

🚨This is where red light therapy comes in.🚨

Red light therapy has been studied for its ability to stimulate hair follicles and increase circulation to the scalp, helping create a healthier environment for hair to grow.

It’s not about a quick fix, it’s about consistently supporting the root of the problem.

I like using it while I’m already doing something else (like my morning routine), so it becomes part of my routine instead of something extra I have to think about.

If you want my full hair routine, scalp health tips, and the exact tools I use, comment “HEALTHY HAIR” and I’ll send everything over 🤍

The sun isn’t aging your skin.
Your habits are.
You can wear SPF every single day…
and still damage your skin.
Because the issue isn’t just exposure.
It’s how you’re exposing your skin.

❌Burning
❌Overexposing
❌Using toxic sunscreen
❌Poor diet, eating seed oils
❌Not paying attention to the UV index
❌Relying on SPF to be the only form of “protection”

That’s what leads to damage.

I don’t avoid the sun.
But I’m intentional about how I get it.
I build exposure slowly.
I avoid peak UV hours.
I don’t stay out long enough to burn.
And when I need protection, I use smarter options, never just relying on SPF.

The goal isn’t to fear the sun.
It’s to respect it.

If you want my exact routine + the non-toxic SPF I use…
comment “SPF” and I’ll send everything ☀️

Be honest… who would YOU trust?

Someone who isn’t a doctor, drinks celery and gets guidance from spirits…
or someone with 20+ years in skincare, real client results, and a dermaroller that’s sold out 4x?

You’ve been lied to about anti-aging.

Botox
Fillers
More skincare
More treatments

Real “anti-aging” isn’t happening at the surface. It’s happening at the cellular level.

It’s:
+ Eating enough protein
+ Getting better sleep
+ Managing stress
+ Getting sunlight (yes sun)
+ Supporting your body consistently

The unsexy things.
The things that aren’t heavily marketed.
The things that actually work.
You don’t age slower by doing more.
You age slower by doing the right things consistently.

Most people are just focused on the wrong version of “anti-aging.”

If you want to know exactly what I focus on for my skin at 43, comment “SKIN” and I’ll send you everything 🤍

I used to think looking younger was about doing more.

+ More products
+ More treatments
+ More “anti-aging” everything

But over time, I realized a lot of what I was doing was actually rapidly aging me.

At 43, my focus is different.

I care about supporting my body and skin in a way that actually works long term.

And honestly… removing certain habits made a bigger difference than adding new ones.

If you want my full routine and everything I do and use, comment “SKIN” and I’ll send it 🤍

Everyone asks what I eat for my skin…
so here it is.

At 43, I don’t rely on products alone.
I focus on what actually builds skin from within.

Collagen isn’t something your body just makes out of nowhere.

It requires:
+ enough protein
+ the right amino acids
+ minerals
+ consistent nourishment

The biggest mistake I see?
Women under-eating protein and relying only on collagen powders.

Your skin is literally built from what you eat daily.

This is what has made the biggest difference for me.

If you want to see my go-to high protein, collagen rich meals, comment “RECIPE”.

And for my grocery guide + more recipes comment “EBOOK”. 📖

Tech neck is causing your neck lines

Neck lines aren’t just a skin issue, they’re a muscle issue.

When your sternocleidomastoid is tight and shortened, it pulls the skin downward and creates that “tech neck” look.

This is one of the exact techniques I use to:
+ Release tension
+ Lengthen neck muscles
+ Smooth lines

Do this stretch for 7 days and tell me if your neck feels different.

Because most neck lines aren’t from aging…they’re from chronic tension + looking down.

Save this + stay consistent. That’s the difference.

Healthy hair doesn’t come from one product.
It comes from supporting the scalp, follicles, and body that grow the hair.

Over the years I’ve become much more intentional about how I care for my hair. Everything from diet and scalp health to the tools and products I use consistently.

Some of the biggest things that made a difference:
+ Red light therapy
+ Dermarolling the scalp
+ Eating enough protein
+ Supporting collagen production
+ Copper peptides
+ Lowering heat damage
+ Using cleaner haircare products
+ Hair washing frequency

Hair health is built the same way overall health is.
Through consistent habits over time.

If you want links to everything I use, comment “HEALTHY HAIR” and I’ll send them.

15 years ago my life looked completely different.

I lived in Los Angeles.Worked bottle service.Got botox and fillers.Had breast implants.Vegetarian for 10 years.

Today I live in Oklahoma.
I removed my implants.Stopped getting botox and fillers.Eat nutrient-dense foods (lots of meat).Built my own company. And my health is completely different.

Sometimes the biggest transformation isn’t just how you look…
It’s the decisions you make.

It’s crazy how much life can change over the years.

If I could go back and talk to my 25-year-old self…there are a few things I would do very differently. Not because I regret my life, but because experience teaches you what actually matters.

No.01 - Protect your health.
No.02 - Protect your energy.
No.03 - Protect your heart.

Most of the things we stress about in our 20s won’t matter later. But the habits we build during that decade absolutely do.

If you’re in your 20s, save this.

If you’re in your 30s, 40s, 50’s+++, the good news is it’s never too late to start making better choices.

Jamie
