15-minute habit stack: vibration plate + RLT
Hereās what it does:āØāØVibration plate for 15 mins:
+ Supports lymphatic drainage
+ Enhances detoxification
+ Improves circulation
+ Activates muscles gently
+ Supports bone density
Red light therapy for 10-12 mins:
+ Supports hair growth
+ Improves scalp circulation
+ Enhances follicle health
+ Supports mitochondrial function
+ Aids muscle recovery
+ Improves circadian rhythm regulation
+ Reduces inflammation
+ Supports collagen and elastin production
+ Enhances skin mitochondrial function
+ Improves skin tone and texture
Hereās my exact routine I do in the morning, 5 days a week:
* Vibration plate (program 9, 15 mins)
* Red light hat (10 mins)
* Body red light panel (10 mins + NIR)
* Handheld red light box (12 minutes, No NIR, No goggles, keep eyes closed)
ā ļøĀ Important note:āØI doĀ not use near-infrared (NIR) directly on my face. If youāre prone to melasma, avoid NIR on the face.
šØFun fact: not all red lights are created equal. Most RL masks are not strong enough to work as well as panels + RL should not be sitting directly on the skin.
