15-minute habit stack: vibration plate + RLT

Here’s what it does:

Vibration plate for 15 mins:
+ Supports lymphatic drainage
+ Enhances detoxification
+ Improves circulation
+ Activates muscles gently
+ Supports bone density

Red light therapy for 10-12 mins:
+ Supports hair growth
+ Improves scalp circulation
+ Enhances follicle health
+ Supports mitochondrial function
+ Aids muscle recovery
+ Improves circadian rhythm regulation
+ Reduces inflammation
+ Supports collagen and elastin production
+ Enhances skin mitochondrial function
+ Improves skin tone and texture

Here’s my exact routine I do in the morning, 5 days a week:
* Vibration plate (program 9, 15 mins)
* Red light hat (10 mins)
* Body red light panel (10 mins + NIR)
* Handheld red light box (12 minutes, No NIR, No goggles, keep eyes closed)

āš ļøĀ Important note:
I doĀ not use near-infrared (NIR) directly on my face. If you’re prone to melasma, avoid NIR on the face.

🚨Fun fact: not all red lights are created equal. Most RL masks are not strong enough to work as well as panels + RL should not be sitting directly on the skin.

Comment ā€œRED LIGHTā€ below and I will DM you the links to the vibe plate & red light devices.

Your skincare routine doesn’t start in the bathroom. It starts in the kitchen.

If you’re under-eating protein, minerals, and healthy fats, no product is going to save your skin.
These are some of the foods I prioritize for healthy, resilient skin.

Comment ā€œRECIPEā€ and I’ll send you the full list & their skin + health benefits.

Botox poisoning is REAL.
Botox = neurotoxin
Reactions aren’t ā€œrare,ā€ they’re underreported

The last time I had Botox was April 2024. What happened afterward is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone… and it’s far more common than people realize, it’s just rarely talked about.

Here’s what happened after my last Botox appointment and my first experience with Botox poisoning:

For months I had:
- Horrible panic attacks - feeling like I might pass out or die
- Trouble swallowing / throat closing
- Swollen tongue, thrush
- Hot & cold fever-like flashes
- Painful, inflamed breasts
- Vision issues + extreme dry eyes
- Stomach pain, burning, bloating
- Dissociation / out-of-body feeling
- Dangerously low blood pressure causing blackouts
- Extreme brain fog + fatigue
- Headaches & migraines
- Weak muscles - felt like I was running underwater

This also caused MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome), a condition where the immune system becomes overly reactive and releases inflammatory chemicals in response to things that wouldn’t normally be a problem. It caused widespread inflammation, nervous system dysregulation, allergic-type reactions (throat closing, tongue swelling, hives), and symptoms affecting multiple systems in the body.

Healing wasn’t quick or easy. It took months of intentional work, lifestyle changes, and supporting my nervous and immune systems, but I did heal. Today, I’m about 99% better, and I’m incredibly grateful for how far my body has come.

If you want the full story of what happened, what I learned, and exactly what helped me heal comment BLOG and I’ll send you the article.

My honest pros & cons on trendy skincare + treatments as a licensed skincare professional.

I’m not anti-results.
I’m anti long-term skin damage being sold as ā€œanti-aging.ā€

So many trending treatments rely on:
• inflammation
• injury
• paralysis
• temporary swelling
And then we’re shocked when skin becomes thinner, more sensitive, more reactive, and harder to manage over time.

Healthy skin is built through:
• barrier support
• consistency
• structure
• nourishment
• doing less damage
Not chasing the next aggressive trend.

This post isn’t meant to shame anyone, I’ve tried many of these myself. It’s meant to give you context, clarity, and options so you can make informed choices for your skin and long-term health.

Comment BLOG to read the full article about my recent GI Map results, including my results from when I first started testing my gut in 2023 to now. Getting a healthy gut takes work, patience and it’s constant. But it’s worth it to feel my best everyday.

5 things I do instead of Botox (that I wish I started earlier):

1ļøāƒ£ Face tape
Forehead ā€œwrinklesā€ aren’t just skin aging, they’re the result of muscle tension and tissue shortening over time. When muscles repeatedly tense and scrunch, the tissue adapts to that position. You don’t need to paralyze the muscle with toxins. You need to lengthen it, relax it, and retrain it. Face taping helps stretch the tissue, release chronic tension, and re-educate movement patterns. Think of it like Pilates for your face.

2ļøāƒ£ High-performance, non-toxic skincare
Real results come from professional-level formulations, not trends. Tallow and drugstore skincare aren’t going to transform your skin long term. If you want visible change in texture, tone, barrier strength etc., the formulation matters. Good skincare is an investment, not a quick fix.

3ļøāƒ£ Derma-rolling at home (microneedling alternative)
Derma-rolling is about getting the most out of your skincare investment. Your products sitting on the surface can only do so much. Creating micro-channels allows active ingredients to absorb up to 300% deeper, which is where real change happens. These consistent micro-treatments add up and with less risk, less cost, and no downtime compared to microneedling.

4ļøāƒ£ Red light therapy (panels, not masks)
Red light therapy works, if it’s powerful enough. Panels deliver therapeutic wavelengths that pe*****te deeper to support cellular energy, healing, and collagen production. Most trendy masks are just cosmetic at best.

5ļøāƒ£ Lifestyle (this is non-negotiable)
Skin is a reflection of what’s happening internally. Diet, sleep, stress, alcohol, and blood sugar regulation directly impact inflammation, hormones, collagen & elastin and aging. No injectable can override a poor lifestyle.
