At 43 my best skin came from consistency, not procedures.
No lasers. No peels. No Botox. No filler.
What I do instead:
1. Consistent skincare routines with the right products
2. Dermarolling 1–3×/wk (10+ years) micro needling results without the cost, damage or downtime
3. Red light (panels/hat)
4. Face taping - botox replacement
5. Buccal massage 1–2×/mo for lifting, sculpting and lymphatic drainage
After working in med spas for years, I rarely saw results worth that were worth the trauma + $$. Consistent routines and habits for 15+ years is why I’ve never needed injury-based fixes.
