A child of Deaf parents, he is fluent in American Sign Language. A graduate from the Oklahoma College of Optometry at Northeastern State University and Owasso High School, he is a local who cares about his community. Dr. McDaniels provides comprehensive eye exams and features unique and popular eyewear options. Most medical insurance plans and vision plans are accepted.

We are so excited to announce we will be running a giveaway for a pair of free sunglasses! There will be two winners and we will draw for the Kate Spade Sunglasses and the Nike Sunglasses individually. All you have to do to enter is drop at least one item off for our food drive and get a raffle ticket from the front desk. Only one entry per person and the free pair does not include prescription lenses. The giveaway will end on the 19th and we will draw winners on the 20th.

Here is our Holiday Schedule through the end of the year! Next week we will be open the 25th and the 26th. Then closed 27th through the 29th. We will reopen for regular business hours Tuesday the 2nd.🤓

Our Story

Along with an eye for good optical designs, Dr. Chris McDaniels has extensive experience in diagnosing and treating ocular health conditions. For the past several years, he has cared for Native American patients at the Cherokee Nation clinics in Nowata, Bartlesville and Vinita, where he was recognized for excellence in patient care and developing a comprehensive care program for patients with diabetes. Dr. McDaniels is currently serving as the district director for the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians and a founding director on the board for the fledgling Tulsa Art Deco Museum. A child of Deaf parents, he is fluent in American Sign Language. A graduate from the Oklahoma College of Optometry at Northeastern State University and Owasso High School, he is a local who cares about his community.
