I love seeing clients move better after their sessions than they did when they walked in! When the body has been in chronic pain for so long, it’s easy to get excited & “over do it” again after you get pain relief. It is a good idea to take it easy after sessions & drink plenty of water. Allow your body to rest & recover. ❤️‍🩹
